THE ROLE
What You Will Do
You will be the technical bridge between MVision AI and hospital/cancer centre IT teams deploying our software. You own infrastructure-level support — installation, network configuration, identity management, and cloud connectivity — ensuring reliable operation in complex, regulated healthcare environments. The role sits within Customer Success but operates with an engineering mindset, working closely with R&D, DevOps, and regulatory teams.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Key Responsibilities
Customer Support & Incident Management
- Own L1/L2 support tickets from hospital/clinic customers, triaging issues across infrastructure, networking, and software configuration
- First point of contact for deployment issues, guiding customer IT teams through installation and validation
- Maintain clear customer communication throughout incident lifecycle; uphold SLAs
- Document resolutions and build knowledge base to reduce repeat tickets
Deployment & Integration Support
- Support on-premises and cloud deployments in hospital environments
- Assist with clinical workflow integration, firewall/proxy/network configuration, and SSO onboarding
Infrastructure & Environment Troubleshooting
- Diagnose Linux/Windows server-side issues in customer environments
- Troubleshoot networking (connectivity, TLS/SSL, DNS, VPN) and Azure-based deployments
Internal Collaboration
- Collaborate with Customer Success and Engineering to flag recurring issues and drive product improvements
- Contribute to internal runbooks, deployment guides, and MDR/ISO 13485 IT documentation
REQUIREMENTS
What We Are Looking For
Required
- 3+ years in IT support, systems administration, or technical customer support
- Strong Linux and Windows Server administration (AD, IIS, networking, firewalls)
- Hands-on experience with LDAP/Active Directory and network security
- Able to manage multiple concurrent support tickets with clear, structured communication
- Comfortable working directly with hospital/enterprise IT teams
- Fluent English, written and spoken
Nice to Have
- DICOM networking experience
- Azure administration (VMs, networking, Azure AD, RBAC)
- Experience supporting software in clinical/regulated healthcare environments
- Familiarity with containerised environments (support/diagnostic level)
- Exposure to ISO 27001, ISO 13485, or healthcare IT security frameworks
- Scripting skills in Bash or Python for support automation
- French, German or other languages a plus
